SCLFG collects minimal data necessary to facilitate gaming sessions:

• Identification Data: Your RSI Handle and Discord Information for login and account purposes.).
• Game Data: Mission preferences, ship availability, and lobby activity.
• Technical Data: IP addresses and browser fingerprints (used strictly for security and preventing ban evasion).
• Interaction Data: Real-time lobby chat messages and reputation ratings.

02How We Use Data

Your data is used to populate your public profile, track your community reputation, and synchronize your presence across lobbies. We use security data (IPs) to identify and block bad actors (griefer coordination or bot activity).

03Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely with encrypted connections. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Access to sensitive data (like IPs) is restricted to Platform Administrators.

04Third-Party Services

We integrate with Discord for authentication and RSI for handle verification. These services have their own privacy policies which you should review. We are not responsible for how CIG or Discord handles your data.

05Your Rights

You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Note that reputation data and ban records may be retained to protect the integrity of the community.
